Sharing food is the way I express love and affection. It’s who God made me, and I have the privilege of doing it for a living. Whether preparing weekly meals for personal chef clients or teaching hands-on cooking classes at Southern Season Cooking School, each day of my work life brings new opportunities to enrich peoples’ lives through the sharing of food. That is truly a blessing.

 

I'm a world traveller and former cafe owner - thus the name "The Travelling Cafe."  I travel - eat - reflect and repeat, and cook and bake as much as possible along the way.
